How much does shipping cost?

We are very pleased to announce that starting from January 2017, Aww Cute Nation has started offering Free Shipping on any apparel or small toys order of $35 or greater; excluding big toy products. Please apply “freeshipping” coupon code during checkout.

We also offer expedited Ground Shipping at a discounted rate on all merchandises in the contiguous United States.

Do you ship outside of the U.S?
Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

In-stock orders are handled and shipped from our Maryland warehouses in the US, via USPS within 2 business days after the payment has cleared. Please allow an additional 2-4 days for shipping after your purchase is complete.

In rare occasion, back orders will be rushed from our manufacturing warehouses located in Vietnam to our Maryland warehouse (read more more about us here). Once the product has passed our quality control, we will immediately ship the order to you. It may take up to a total of 6-18 days for back orders to get delivered. We want to ensure you and the little one derserve the best from Aww Cute Nation.

Can I track my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hour for the link to activate.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
We aim to provide the best quality of our merchandise at the best price to our customers. However if you are not pleased with the purchase, you may return the product to us for a full refund or an exchange within 45 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

Return/Exchange – Conditions

  • Within 45 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be returned new, unused, undamaged and in the same condition/packaging in which you received it. Original tags must be included.
  • You must ensure that any item(s) sent back to us are suitably packaged to protect them in transit.

Return – Process

  1. Contact us within 45 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number.
  2. Include a copy of the RMA number in the shipment. If you are looking for an exchange, please note the new size or item desired. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges, however.
  3. Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm they have arrived safely and they will then be checked for quality. When the verification is completed, your exchange item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

The process of receiving and checking the items will be completed within 12 working hours. When a refund is issued, it will only be made via the original payment and can take up to 3-6 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you’d like to request a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an item has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
